Teqball is a football-based sport, played on a specially-curved table (the Teq table), which is attracting a new generation of athletes and amateur enthusiasts (teqers), whose ambition is to develop their technical skills, concentration and stamina. The sport, which was created in Hungary in 2012 is a truly gender-equitable game, as the rules define that teqball shall be played between two (singles) or four players (doubles), irrespective of gender.
Outdoor chess in Városliget has a centuries-old history, so in keeping with this tradition, we placed 13 chess tables in the Sports Center, some of which are specially designed to be wheelchair accessible.
An Adventure Park has been built with exciting sections for riding scooters, roller-skating and cycling, which is expected to be a great favourite among older children and young people. The park awaits this generation with a skateboard track as well as a pump-track designed for riding scooters and BMX bikes. All the tracks have a dynamic design and smooth surfaces.
Please always wear your helmet or other safety equipment you have!

Pétanque is a ball game of French origin that can be played in singles, doubles, or even triples. In pétanque the objective is to score points by having boules closer to the target than your opponent after all boules have been thrown. This is achieved by throwing or rolling boules closer to the small target ball, called a cochonnet, or by hitting the opponents' boules away from the target, while standing inside a circle with both feet on the ground.
The set of balls can be rented in the Pavilions next to the field.
